Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve vibration-proof and hysteresis-proof properties of the electromagnetic flow control valve by installing two permanent magnets with their same poles face to face, energizing repulsive force of these permanent magnets with a spring and thereby miniaturizing the electromagnetic coil. CONSTITUTION:When the electromagnetic coil 25 is OFF, a movable core 8 above a ball valve 9 is pressed down to close the valve seat 10 due to the difference in forces F5 and F4; where F5 is the resultant force of the repulsive force F1 between permanent magnets 11, 12 and the force F2 of a spring 13, and F4 is the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet pressures. When the electromagnetic coil 25 becomes ON, the movable core 8 is pulled up due to the attractive force F7 and stops at a certain position determined in proportion to the imposed voltage, so that an approximately proportional relationship is established between the imposed voltage and the rate of flow passing through the valve seat. In addition, with the assistance by the spring 13, the permanent magnets can be miniaturized.
