Abstract
PURPOSE:To suppress influence of light to an integrated circuit for a timepiece and to reduce cost by simple mounting of the integrated circuit for the timepiece by a method wherein the junction part of an N type substrate and an electrode substrate of P-well layer is covered with an shading member to light. CONSTITUTION:The P-N junction part B of the electrode 22 of the P-well layer being not fed usually from an electric power source and the N type substrate 16a is covered with polysilicon 17 of the shading material to light. Accordingly generation of leakage in the opposite direction to be generated by irradiation of light is prevented, and the integrated circuit for timepiece to operate stably is obtained by simple mounting.
