Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the cell performance and the reliability by applying metal lithium to the surface of a non woven fabric. CONSTITUTION:E.g., a non woven fabric ribbon made of polypropylene with a thickness of 5-300mu applied with a metal lithium leaf having a thickness of 5- 400mu under a roll pressure is used as a separator for a non aqueous solution cell. It is suitable to further apply a polyolefin film for protecting the metal lithium to the separator under a roll pressure. It is also suitable to apply a metal lithium thin film to the surface of a non woven fabric by vacuum deposition or spattering in place of applying a metal lithium leaf under a roll pressure.
