Abstract
PURPOSE:To efficiently manufacture a coreless armature by coating resin composition mixed with synthetic resin having photopolymerizable functional group with epoxy resin on unshaped armature coil group with fine capsule, thereby photopolymerizing the resin, then heating to solidify the resin. CONSTITUTION:A fine capsule of ultrafine hollow sphere swelled in a volume at the temperature higher than softening point and liquid resin composition mixed with synthetic resin having photopolymerizable functional group with epoxy resin are prepared, the composition is coated on unshaped armature coil group 1 wound by electric wires, thereby photopolymerizing the resin having the photopolymerizable functional group. The capsule is swelled in volume to form an ultrafine hollow sphere, and the expoxy resin is solidified in a mold heated to a temperature higher than the polymerizing and curing temperature of the resin so that the armature coil part is integrated in the prescribed shape 1'. Thus, the manufacturing steps can be reduced, thereby efficiently manufacturing an extremely thin coil without damage of the wire.
