Abstract

PURPOSE: To enhance production efficiency of coils by using a winding frame that is assembled so that materials having different heat conductivity are contacted depending on the wire-distribution density of coils.
CONSTITUTION: The winding frame for coils is prepared in conformity with the design of a coil shape in such a way that a material having a large heat conductivity is contacted with the portion where the coil shape is thick and the wire-distribution density is high, and a material having a small heat conductivity is contacted with the portion where the coil shape is thin and the wire-distribution density is low. As for a method of assembling to the winding frame, it is recomended that ceramics, heat-resistant synthetic resin, and the like are embeded, applied or coated on the portion where the wire distribution density of the coil is low, with an iron-chromium plating material as a base material, from the view point of durability. In this way, the coil is formed using self sticking insulated wire, and the current is flown and heated, thereby the coil is manufactured. As a result, coils having small distortion, no defects, and excellent sticking property can be manufactured with high production efficiency.
