Abstract

Separately, parched unpolished rice is split in the form of opened flower having large surface area by immersing and swelling in a sufficiently large amount of water, and dried. 0.3pt. of the dried rice thus obtained is added to the above swollen rice to absorb the excess water, and the mixture is dried by conventional through-flow drying or through-flow fluidized drying.
