Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a readily usable dry solid seasoning having improved storage stability, and taste, by drying and molding a seasoning liquid comprising a gelatinous material or red algae polysaccharide in the solid content.
CONSTITUTION: A seasoning liquid comprising 10W90wt% based on the solid content of a gelatinous material (G) and/or red algae polysaccharide (P) is dried and molded to give a dry solid seasoning. Any solidifiable seasoning may be used. Preferably, the amount of G is about 3W60 pts.wt., and that of P is about 1W 10 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of water.
