Abstract
PURPOSE: To enhance heat conductive capacity in a condenser and to reduce load of a gas extracting apparatus by a method wherein a gas in sea warer flowed into the condenser of an evaporation chamber from a low temp. stage to a high temp. stage is removed and, after sea water is introduced into the eva- poration chamber of the high temp. stage, it is succeedingly flowed to the low temp. stage.
CONSTITUTION: Sea water is supplied to the system from a pipe 7 and added with an anti-scale agent at first by an anti-scale agent pouring apparatus 4 and succeedingly flowed in the pipe of the condenser 6 of the evaporation chamber 2 from the low temp stage to the high temp stage and subsequently in a brine heater 1. Sea water in the brine heater is under a supersaturated condition of a non-condensible gas or a two-phase stream condition and the non-condensible gas accompanied in sea water is removed in a gas-water separator 3. After this treatment, sea water is supplied to the high temp. evaporation stage in the evaporation chamber 2 and, after flash evaporation is repeated, it is discharged out of the system from the final low temp stage through a pipe 9. The steam generated in each evaporation stage is taken out as fresh water from the pipe 9.
