Abstract

PURPOSE: To effectively clean up a heat power plant for a short time, by using a clean-up method by water with high temperautre in the clean-up of high pressure pre-boiler system.
CONSTITUTION: When cleaning up a heat power plant, the clean-up of a condenser 1, a condensate pump 3, a low-pressure feed water heater 6, a deaerator 7 and a deaerator water tank 9 is completed, and pure water containing hydrazine is poured up to a water level of the water tank 9. Said pure water is filled up to pumps 11, 13, a high pressure feed water heater 20 and a system of high pressure circulation duct 31, a valve 32 and a pipe 10 newly mounted by this invention, and the pure water is circulated by driving the both pumps 11, 13. Water temperature is increased up to approximate 150°C by the circulation, and the circulation is continued until the concentration of iron in the system settles. An inlet valve 23 and a blow valve 24 of a pre-boiler washing duct 22 are opened, the valve 32 is closed and said pure water is discharged.
