CONSTITUTION:After a grid, which has a lag 1 and main bones 2 comprising an upper bone, a lower bone and vertical bones, is casted, the above grid is placed between an under mold 6 and an over mold 5, which is provided with fine grooves 4, and is pressed and subjected to cold work so that fine bones 3 protruding laterally from the vertical bones are formed. The fine bones 3 are formed when part of lead contained in the main bones 2 placed between the molds 5 and 6 is extruded along the fine grooves 4 of the over mold 5. At this point, the thickness of the main bones is reduced, and the internal cast net is crushed.
