The bus 31 is connected to memory access terinal groups 37-39 or a microprocessor through two-way drivers 22-24 controlled by the control part 20. Also, the control part 20 receives an internal memory access request signal and its response signal from the outside of the microprocessor, and sends out an internal memory request signal. Furthermore, it sends out a signal for controlling the drivers 22-24 by inputting the internal memory access request signal. Subsequently, the memory 21 is connected to the outside through the terminal groups 37-39 by inputting the memory access request signal, and the memory 21 is accessed from the outside.
