Abstract

PURPOSE:To diminish an inertia moment by decreasing the distance between a weight and a rotation shaft in a case that an accelelator is opened. CONSTITUTION:In case that an engine is stopped metal member A is distanced from a polygonal plate 4 by a spring 7, a pair of thin plater 1 are closed and a weights 2 comes near to a rotation shaft 3, thus decreasing an inertia moment whereby starting the engine becomes easier. When the engine starts and turns into the idling state, the weights 2 push the spring 7 by its centrifugal force and the thin plates 1 are opened like a propeller. Then, since the weights are departed from the rotation shaft 3, the inertia moment increases, so that a stable rotation of the rotation shaft 3 can be obtained. If an accelerator is widely open, A is spaced away from the poligonal plate 4, the thin plates 1 and closed, the weights 2 approaches to the rotation shaft 3 and the inertia moment is lowered, thereby the rise of engine rotation is not restrained.
