CONSTITUTION:A positive polarity controller, such as nigrosine, 2-10pts.wt., carbon black, 3-10pts.wt., and alumina powder of <=20mum particle diameter, 1- 5pts.wt. are mixed with a main component resin, such as polystyrene, 100pts.wt., melted, mixed, and pulverized to make a positively chargeable toner, which is mixed with a carrier to give a 2-component dry taype developer, thus permitting this developer to have no negatively chargeable toner, ground fog not to increase even when the bias voltage to be applied to a magnetic sleeve is raised against the photoreceptor in developing, and staining in the copying machine to be alleviated.
