CONSTITUTION:Two pieces of immersion tubes 3A, 3B are provided at the bottom end of a vacuum vessel 2 connected to a vacuum pump 1 and gaseous Ar or the like is blown to the midway of the sucking up pipe 3A. Then, molten steel 4 circulates through the sucking up pipe 3A and downflow pipe 3B on account of the principle of an air pump.
