Abstract
PURPOSE: To form a colored film with an arbitrary pattern on the surface of Al material by interposing an intermediate medium having different resistance values partially between the Al material whereon anodic coating is formed and an electrode plate and by impressing AC voltage, thereon in the water solution containing metallic salts.
CONSTITUTION: In the electrolytic solution 2 formed of the water solution having the normal temperature and containing the metallic salts such as nickel sulfate in an electrolytic cell are arranged Al or Al (hereinafter called Al material) 3 with the anodic coating formed on its surface by the primary electrolytic processing and the electrode plate 4 which is an oposite electrode to the former, and between them is provided intermediately the intermediate medium 5 having partially different resistance values, such as a silk screen with a pattern. And, the intermediate medium 5 is pressed between the Al material 3 and the electrode plate 4 by mounting a weight 6 thereon. Next, by impressing AC voltage on the whole surface of the block, a pattern corresponding to the varied resistance values can be transfered onto the surface of the Al material 3.
