CONSTITUTION:A circuit consisting of N-number driving MOSFETs Q31-Q3n, where an input signal is applied to gates commonly and drains and sources are connected in common respectively, is provided as an input circuit of the load circuit consisting of load MOSFETs Q1 and Q2 and a bootstrap capacity S. Thus, the channel width per one driving MOSFET is narrowed, and the threshold voltage is set to a high value to extend the margin of the low level.
