A discriminating circuit 5 takes decision by majority for the data read out from a plurality of areas where the same address of the memory elemenr group 2 is assigned or comparison. A control circuit 4 controls the operation of the data buffer group 6 and the circuit 5 according to the output of the circuit 1.
