Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide a hot rolled steel plate for a wheel rim with excellent flash butt weldability and moldability comprising polygonal ferrite and bainite of which an area ratio is specified containing C, Mn, Si, Cr and one or more of P, Cu, Ni other than the same and Nb, V or the like.
CONSTITUTION: The aforementioned hot rolled steel plate contains, in the wt. basis, 0.01W0.12% C, 0.8W2.5% Mn, 0.01W1.5% Si, 0.01W1.5% Cr, other than the same, one or more of 0.02W0.15% P, 0.1W0.5% Cu, 0.1W0.5% Ni and, further, one or more of 0.01W0.08% Nb, 0.02W1.5% V, 0.01W0.08% Ti, 0.02W0.18% Zr. Then, said hot rolled steel plate is constituted from composite structure comprising ferrite-bainite of which an area ratio of the bainite is 5W60%, especially, 10W50%.
