Abstract

PURPOSE: To perform proper suction amount control by providing first and second bypaths having a deceleration valve opening during deceleration and means for increasing the suction amount during low speed operation onto a throttle chamber.
CONSTITUTION: At the abrupt deceleration the opening of a throttle valve 3 is abruptly decreased to produce large suction negative pressure at the down stream of the throttle valve 3, then the negative pressure in the exit path 10 is transmitted through a through-hole in a guide 8 into a case 9 to open an open/close valve 6 of a deceleration valve 5 thus to lower the engine suction negative pressure and to suppress the oil entering phenomenon into the combustion chamber. While if the cooler is operating during deceleration, the cooler switch 17 is turned ON and when a car speed switch 16 and a gear switch 15 are in low speed operating condition a solenoid valve 11 is operated to open a sheet 13 thus to supply the suction air through an inlet path 14 and an outlet path 10 and to increase the engine rotation such that it is sufficient for operating the car cooler.
