Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent a reduction of the quality of acceleration when an engine is accelerated, by further providing an acceleration detecting device, for reducing the recirculating amount of exhaust gas when the engine is accelerated, in an exhaust gas recirculating device.
CONSTITUTION: Intake air and exhaust gas passages 4, 8 are communicated by a recirculating passage 12 with an exhaust gas recirculation control valve 1 to partially recirculate exhaust gas to an air intake line. To a negative pressure chamber 17 in the control valve 1 negative pressure immediately above a throttle valve 10 is introduced through a negative pressure passage 19 in which a negative pressure regulating device 2 is interposed. pressure of the exhaust gas in the recirculating passage 12 is partially acted on the regulating device 2.
