Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent a connection between the output terminals of the CS amplifiers of two systems, by using the electric charge sensing amplifiers (CS amplifiers) of three systems, the electric charge holding capacitor, the inverting capacitor and the switching circuit.
CONSTITUTION: The electric charge input is applied to the input terminals of the 1st and 2nd CS amplifiers 1 and 2, and the output voltages V1 and V2 are caused at the output terminals. Under such conditions, the change-over switches SWa∼SWc are switched to the terminals 32, 42 and 53. As a result, the capacitors K1 and K2 are charged to the voltages V1 and V2. Thereafter, the change-over switch is switched to apply the voltage of the capacitor K1 to the 3rd CS amplifier 7. On the other hand, the terminal connected to the switch SWb is earthed in the capacitor K2 with the other terminal detached from the earth. Thus the voltage of the terminal connected to the switch SWc becomes -V2 to be applied to the amplifier 7. As a result, the output voltage proportional to V1-V2 can be obtained.
