Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the precision of a DC amplifier, by performing offset compensation of the subamplifier itselt which performs offset compensation of a main amplifier. CONSTITUTION:Connection point P between resistance 210 and capacitor 220 forming integrator 250 and inversion input terminal 200A of subamplifier 200 are connected through offset compensating capacitor 240, and input terminal 220A and output terminal 200C of subamplifier 200 are connected through switch S25. Output end 100C of main amplifier 100 and resistance 210 are connected through selector switch S30. Then, switch S30 is switched to contact (a) and switch S25 is turned on to charge the offset voltage of subamplfier 200 to capacitor 240. After that, switch S25 is turned off and S30 is switched to contact (b), thus performing offset compensation of the subamplifier and the main amplifier. As a reuslt, a high- precision DC amplifier can be obtained.
