Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a floating type circuit having an optional negative impedance value, by providing the negative impedance converter in series to both ends of two terminals of the impedance element to receive the negative conversion. CONSTITUTION:Negative impedance converter NIC11' is located to oppose to converter NIC11, and negative impedance element 12 having impedance Z is connected to terminals 3 and 3' of NIC11 and 11' each. In such constitution, the following relations are satisfied among voltages v1, v2, v1', v2' and currents i1, i2, i1, i2', each: v2=Zi2+v2' and i2=-i2'. Here if NIC is supposed to be an ideal current reversing NIC, the following relations are obtained: v1=v2, i1=-i2, v1'=v2' and i1'=-i2'. Thus v1=(-Z)i1+v1' and i1=-i1' are satisfied. Accordingly, the equivalent value is obtained to the negative impedance connected between terminals 1 and 1'. As a result, a floating type negative impedance circuit is obtained.
