Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a highly-stable voltage-current converting circuit of simple circuit constitution by making it possible to obtain easily a voltage, corresponding to an input voltage, at a reference terminal. CONSTITUTION:When an input voltage to input terminal IN is zero, electric currents of transistors (TR) Q4, Q5 and Q6 of positive current Miller circuit 3 are equivalent to current I of current I of current source 9. The electric current of TRQ1 of input circuit 1 is current I of current source 13. As the input terminal voltage changes to Vin, input terminal voltage Vin is developed at reference terminal REF without reference to the existence of resistance R.
