Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce power consumption by providing a resistance, which constitutes a bias circuit, and a resistance, which converts the resonance current value of a piezo-electric element to a voltage change and feeds back it, independently and connecting them in AC to constitute a feedback circuit.
CONSTITUTION: Resistances 1 and 2 constitute a bias circuit and are connected to non-inversion input terminals of voltage vomparator 6. Resistance 3 and capaciror 5 constitute a lagging feedback circuit and are connected to inversion input terminals of voltage comparator 6. Resistance 4 is a pull-up resistance of voltage comparator 6 and is provided with the emitter follower dependent upon complementary transistors 8 and 9 additionally for the purpose of making the driving speed of piezo- electric element 7 of a capacity load high. Then, current detecting resistance 10 is inserted in series to piezo-electric element 7, and the current of piezo-electric element 7 is fed back to the connection point of division resistances 1 and 2 for bias in AC by capacitor 11 which constitutes a feedback circuit.
