Abstract
PURPOSE: To shorten and simplify a circulation line by a method wherein the heat exchanger is contained in the interior of a filter provided in the circulation line and is integrated with the filter, in the fluid dyeing equipment wherein an endless cloth to be treated is circulated in the interior of a dyeing tank.
CONSTITUTION: A treating liquid fed from a pump is introduced via an inlet port 4b for the liquid, flows from the outside periphery of a filter element 4d into the interior thereof and passes between a heat exchanger drum part 5a and the filter element 4d, conducting a primary heat exchange with a heating medium. The treating liquid then flows into a heat-transmitting pipe 5b so as to conduct heat exchange, and is fed into the dyeing tank through an outlet 5d' and a flow control valve. Accordingly, the drum part 5a can be used as a heat-transmitting surface and the drum part 5a is integrally incorporated in a filter casing 4a, so that the amount of the treating liquid stagnated can be set at a required minimum level, the circulation line is miniaturized and energy can be saved.
