PURPOSE:To produce a high tensile Al hot dipped sheet steel of a low yield ratio by heating a high tensile sheet steel which has been improved of ductility through addition of Mn and Cr then passing the same through molten Al thereby plating the same. CONSTITUTION:A sheet steel contg. 0.02-0.10% C, 1.5-2.3% Mn, 0.5-1.0% Cr, 0.01-0.10% Al, and controlled of Mn, Cr contents in such a manner that CE expressed by (%C)+0.06(%M) 0.03(%Cr) is regulated to >=0.16 is heated to the tmep. between the Ac1 transformation point and Ac3 transformation point of this sheet steel in an in-line annealing type continuos Al hot dipping line device. Immediately after this, it is passed in molten Al and is thereby Al plated, whereby the Al hot dipped high tensile sheet steel of low yield ratio is produced.
