Abstract

PURPOSE: To eliminate wasteful fuel charge by a method wherein the steering switching in the idle operation is detected and an actuator is operated by the intake pipe negative pressure to raise idle rotation.
CONSTITUTION: At the time of idle operation with no steering switching the air is taken into the chamber 20 of actuator 19 making a link mechanism not to work with small extent of opening. When next the steering switching raises the fixed value of the oil pressure of an oil pressure pump, the oil pressure switch 7 turns ON to close an air port 11 and open an negative port 12 to introduce the negative pressure of the intake pipe 17 through a pipe line 18 into the chamber 20 of the actuator 19. Thereby the link mechanism 22 together with a diaphragm 21 operates to open the throttle valve 23 above the extent of throttle opening thus to enable the steering switching without lowering idle rotation.
