Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent a movable coil from partial oscillation and to eliminate partial wearing of a diaphragm and a movable coil, by arranging a coil spring, connected to a diaphragm of a diaphragm pump, to an output shaft coaxially. CONSTITUTION:A bottom plate 3 is fixed to an output shaft 1 whose both ends are fixed to diaphragms 10 and 10, and a movable coil cylinder 2 is fixed to the bottom plate 3. A magnetic circuit 7 which is provided with a permanent magnet 8 and a yoke 9 is provided in opposition to the movable coil cylinder 2, and at the same time, dual coil springs 11 and 12 are provided on an output shaft 1 and a coaxial shaft in such a manner as to make their one ends contact the bottom plate 3. By allowing driving current to pass through a coil 24 of the movable coil cylinder 2, a driving shaft 1 is driven, and by reciprocating the diaphragms 10 and 10, compressed air is generated. And therefore, since the coil springs 11 and 12 are provided coasially with the output shaft 1, it is possible to prevent the output shaft 1 from partial oscillation.
