Abstract
PURPOSE:To enhance heat exchange performance by mixing a gasified and liquefied refrigerants in a tank and making uniform the thermal distribution and flow in the heat exchanger part. CONSTITUTION:A gas/liquid phase mixed liquefied gas is introduced into a gas/ liquid phase separator drum, and the separated liquefied refrigerant is led to a small diameter pipe 10 while the gasified refrigerant is led to a ring-shaped gap 12 in a bottom header tank 6. The liquefied refrigerant flows in a ring-shaped gap 13 formed by a nozzle 9 at a gas rising speed of 5m/sec or more and comes into a gas/ liquid mixing header tank 8. As no dangling of the gasified refrigerant arises at this time, liquefied and gasified refrigerants in the mixing header tank 8 can be always mixed uniformly.
