Abstract

Ultrafiltration membrane, or reverse osmotic membrane such as anion exchange membrane for cation electrodeposition, and cation electrodeposition membrane for anion electrodeposition, which permeates water and permeates hardly resin component, is used. Concentrated liquid is returned to the vessel 1 and the filtrate is taken in the vessel 5 and a part of the filtrate is taken in a diaphragm room 2 through a pipe 6. Diaphragm liquid is introduced into a diaphragm liquid vessel 8 through a pipe 7 and moreover, said liquid is taken in a dissoluving vessel 10 through a pipe 9. Then, said liquid is mixed with a replenishing paint 13 and is takin in the bath 1 through a pipe 11. The solubility of the paint 13 is improved and the paint 13 is uniformly dispersed in the bath 1 and the capacity of the electrodeposition is improved.
