Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent the reentry of sludge into a part to be cleansed and to enable circulating of a large amount of a cleansing liquid, by a method wherein cartridge filters are mounted in the middle of a cleansing liquid circulation path for a boiler and the like.
CONSTITUTION: A plural number of cartridge filters 12 are placed in parallel in a cleansing liquid circulation path 11. In this constitution, a cleansing liquid in the circulation path 11 passes through valves 15, its pressure is regulated by pressure gauges 13, the cleansing liquid is filtered through the cartridge filters 12, and is circulated to a part 2 to be cleansed arter being remixed in a mixing heater 9 through valves 16. Thus, sludge is caught by means of the filters 12, whereby the entry of the sludge into the part 2 to be cleansed can be prevented, and a large amount of a cleansing liquid can be circulated.
