Abstract

CONSTITUTION: A cope 3 is moved downward and a sealing part 3a is inserted into an opening 2a in the upper surface of a drag 1 in an airy state. Then, a cover 10 of the drag 1 is turned to the open position and pouring is made from a spure 6. The molten metal flows gently from the bottom side of the cavity 2 into cavity 2 through a cross gate 7 and fills the cavity. Next, the cover 10 is turned to the close position and the sealing part 3a is inserted in a sealed state, and the molten metal in the cavity 2 is pressure solidified by moving the pressurizing punch 5 upward.
