Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain an opposite electrode, by which life of the display device is made long, by sticking by a specific amount the fine powder of specific metallic oxide of less than a constant particle diameter, covered with a small amount of cellulose derivative, to expansion graphite powder having specific particle diameter and bulk specific gravity, and subsequently forming an electrode by the postprocessing required.
CONSTITUTION: The metallic oxide sprayed with a liquid which is obtained by dispersing the powder of one or more kinds among MnO2, MoO3, V2O5, AgO, Ag2O and ZnO having ≤200 mean meshes in an org. solvent such as methanol, using a samll amount of cellulose derivative such as nitrocellulose as a dispersing agent, is stuck by 5W70wt% to expansion graphite having 0.1W1mm particle diameter and 0.067W0.01 bulk specific gravity.
