Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain such element as is large in methane sensitivity even at comparatively a low working temperature by using a fine powder obtained through a solution containing a metallic ion as raw material.
CONSTITUTION: A solution containing a metallic ion of at least any one of iron ion and tin ion or zinc ion is prepared and coprecipitated. An inductor is constituted by using a fine powder obtainable therethrough as raw material. For example, the inductor consisting of a sintered matter or a sintered film is obtained by a method wherein the fine powder is pressurized for forming, burned or pasted to printing and baking.
