Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a decoder which decodes a code word, by converting three kinds of codes transmitted from the adaptive type tree search encoder, to a regenerative signal by use of the pseudo probability process generator.
CONSTITUTION: A tree route diamgram signal 1, a filter No. signal 2, and a gain No. signal 3, which are sent from the encoder are input to the shift register 4, the switch 4 position designation part 9, and the gain No. receiving part 10, respectively. The signal 1 is stored in the register 1, weighted and added, is made a noncorrelation string by the scrambler 5, is converted by the probability density transducer group 6, and the spectrum is formed by the filter group 7. As for the outputs of the filter group, one of them is taken out by the switch 8, is selected by control of the position designation part, a selected signal is multiplied by an output of the gain 10 by the multiplier 11, it becomes a decoding signal 12, and an input signal to the encoder is regenerated and is output.
