CONSTITUTION:Photoelectric transducing photodiode element 201 constituting a photoelectric transducing part as the main part of a photoelectric transducer and diode element 202 constituting a cross-talk prevention part are formed by providing photo receiver layer 205 on the surfaces electrode regions 204 formed in array on substrate 203 as many as (n) and by further providing electrode region 206 on the surface. Electrode regions 204 and 206 are shot-connected to photo receiver layer 205.
