Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a high resolution, a high sensitivity and a light weight by providing a common electrode and n-number independent electrodes for n-number photoelectric conversion elements of a one-row array shape and providing a one- dimensional long photoelectric conversion part having a photoelectric conversion layer between both electrodes.
CONSTITUTION: N-number photoelectric conversion elements 2 are arranged in a one-row array form and one-dimensional long photoelectric conversion part 1 haivng a photoelectric conversin layer is constituted between electrode Y common to these elements and n-number electrodes X1, X2...Xn independent for every element.
