Abstract
PURPOSE: To reduce the wiring density for the connection sheet between the light reception part and the external circuit by using the insulated substrate pierced through a number of conductors from the single face to the opposite side surface of the smoothed substrate and then forming the belt-type conductors coinciding with the pierced conductors on both surfaces of the substrate.
CONSTITUTION: Plural number of pierced conductor 20 are formed onto substrate 21 in the one-dimensional array, and belt-type conductors 16-1∼16-4 plus 17-1∼17- 3 which are to be the lower electrodes connected to conductor 20 are arranged alternately on the surface of substrate 21. At the same time, belt-type conductors 18-1∼18-3 plus 19-1∼19-3 are arranged alternately on the back of the substrate. Then photoconductive thin film 22 is attached to the center part of conductors 16-1∼16-4 plus 17-1∼17-3 each. In addition, transparent electrodes 23 is formed on film 22, and the light reception part is formed by the area where the overlap is given between conductors 16-1∼16-4 and 17-1∼17-3 on substrate 21 plus electrode 23 each. Then the wiring density is reduced for the connection sheet between the light reception part and the external circuit, thus facilitating a high resolution as well as a long size.
