Abstract
PURPOSE:To reproduce an original with high fidelity and high image resolution by use of a light weight device, by converting in parallel-series an electric signal outputted from plural photoelectric converting elements and sending it out, in response to an optical signal inputted to a unidimentional long photoelectric conversion part. CONSTITUTION:On a unidimensional long photoelectric conversion part 1, n pieces of photoelectric converting elements 2 are arrayed in the form of one row array, and n pieces of electrodes X1...Xn and a common electrode Y are provided independently on n pieces of photoelectric elements respectively. Between said electrodes X1...Xn and the electrode Y, photoelectric converting layer is formed. In response to an optical signal which has been inputted, an electric signal outputted from the n pieces of elements 2 is inputted in parallel to a time series signal converting part 3, and is outputted in series from the converting part 3.
