Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide the titled glass beads for recurrent reflection having an improved color tone. an improved melting temp. and a special composition consisting of TiO2, BaO, PbO, SiO2, ZrO2, CaO, ZnO, K2O, Na2O and B2O3.
CONSTITUTION: 44W50wt% TiO2, 20W28% BaO, 8W20% PbO, 0W2% SiO2, 3W 8% ZrO2, 0W3% CaO, 3W9% ZnO, 0W3% K2O, 0W2% Na2O and 0W2% B2O3 are melted at 1,200W1,250°C to obtain glass beads for recurrent reflection having ≥2.20 refractive index.
