Abstract

PURPOSE: To secure a linearization of the relationship between the distance from the electric conductor to be detected and the sensor output, by giving a calibration to the detection output by a computer.
CONSTITUTION: The detection coil C1 forming the bridge circuit BA is put close to the electric conductor W with the gap H secured. The impedance of the coil C1 changes, and accordingly the output value A11 of the amplifier A1 also varies in accordance with the variation of the gap H in a curve.
