Abstract

PURPOSE: To readily and inexpensively obtain the sensor suited for controlling of air conditioners or the like by using a sensor indicating temperature and humidity sensing characteristics and a sensor indicating temperature sensing characteristics and so arranging these that the signals changing by depending roughly on humidity only and temperature only may be fetched.
CONSTITUTION: A second sensor 6 whose impedance changes by depending upon temperature such as NTC thermistor or the like and a first sensor having a heating wire 2, temperature and humidity sensing layer 3 and signal wire 4 are provided. Resistance 11, 13 are provided to linearize the impedance changes of the second, first sensors 6 and 2 thru 4. The temperature dependence of the impedances of the first sensors 2 thru 4 are compensated by the second sensor 6 so that both of the signal sensing to roughly humidity only and the signal sensing temperature only may be outputted. Thereby, the sensor suited for controlling of air conditioners or the like may be readily and inexpensively obtained.
