Abstract

PURPOSE: To measure a humidity sensor element impedance precisely by an arrangement wherein a power for heat cleaning and heating and a signal power for impedance measurement of the humidity sensor element are different in frequency.
CONSTITUTION: A heater power 14 is a direct current, and an electric loop consisting of an impedance of a humidity sensor element 1, a resistance 12, a signal power 10, a condenser 11, etc. is cut off by the condenser 11. Therefore, an electric signal generated by the heater power 14 does not come out on an output voltage. If a difference between a frequency of the heater power 14 and a frequency of the signal power 10 is enlarged, a selective detection is available by separating the electric signal by the heater power 14 from that by the signal power through using a proper capacitance of a proper filter.
