Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a distinct image by a method wherein a magnetic field which makes a magnetic toner rise toward the tip of a magnetic stylus is added to the magnetic toner located on the tip of the magnetic stylus and thereby flight of the magnetic toner is made to be of low voltage and eliminate the occurrence of missing of record by the electric discharge. CONSTITUTION:In the method wherein the magnetic fluidized toner 2 is put on the upper side near the tips of a number of paralleled magnetic styluses 1, bias voltage 7 and recording-signal voltage 8 are impressed between the magnetic styluses 1 and an electrode 6 provided on the back side of a paper 4 for recording and thereby the toner 2 is made into particles and made to fly for recording, a static magnetic field, e.g. a magnet 5, opposed to the magnetic styluses 1 is added to the side of the paper 4. By this, the magnetic fluidized toner 2 on the tips of the styluses 1 is drawn to the side of the paper 4 for recording and to form projections 3, whereby the forming of the toner 2 into particles and the flight thereof by the impressing electric field are facilitated.
