Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a correct adaptation of the subcarrier to a main carrier, by providing a device for adjusting the direction of height and width of the main carried article in a work truck integrally movable with a conveyor truck and a holding device of the subcarrier longitudinally laterally movable for the work truck. CONSTITUTION:Doors 25A, 25B are adapted to holding devices 26A, 26B on work trucks 7A, 7B, attractively held to the holding devices by the action of vacuum and allowed to wait for a conveyor truck 1 in shifting motion to which a body 3 is mounted. When the conveyor truck 1 arrives the front part of the body 3 is adapted to forwarding stoppers 40A, 40B, then both trucks 1, 7 are moved as an integral unit. During the movement after an adjustment of upper and lower directional positions of the body by elevation mounts 19A, 19B, stopper elements 22A, B are engaged to protrusive stripes by cylinders 21A, B to adjust a position in the direction of width. While longitudinal and lateral positions of the holding device 26 are adjusted by laterally moving cylinders 35A, B and longitudinally moving cylinders 31A, B. After a completion of these adjustments, the door 25 is further advanced and adapted to the body 3.
