CONSTITUTION: In removing phosphoric acid ion in the secondary treated water of a sewage or excretion, firstly, calcium ion is added to the water to be treated according to necessity so as to regulate an atomic ratio of phosphorous and calcium to 3:5 or more. Subsequently, if an alkali agent 5 such as potassium hydroxide or the like is added to adjust the pH thereof to 8W9, phosphoric acid ion is formed into oxyapatite crystal nucleus and converted a colloidal state at an introducing part 10 of a filter tank 4.
