Abstract
PURPOSE: To make the grout drainage harmless in a highly economical and advantageous way, by adding the slurry of the milk of lime to the grout drainage to which a control of the discharge is given, having an isolation between the solid and the liquid after adding the coagulant to the grout draining water added with the slurry of the milk of lime and then giving the neutralizing process.
CONSTITUTION: A fixed amount of the grout drainage is sent into the control pond 1 of the drainage, and then the drainage controlled to the discharge to be treated is sent to the reaction bath 2. And the slurry of the milk of lime is added to the drainage from the storage tank 9 to have the reaction. In this case, the cement or the like, the burnt dolomite and then like can be used. After this, the treated drain slurry is transferred to the precipitation tank 5, and then the coagulant is added from the store tank 11 to give the coagulation and precipitation to the floc. Thus an isolation is possible between the solid and the liquid. Then the neutralizing process is given to the isolated drainage transferred to the neutralization tank 8 by introducing the CO2 gas from the tank 10 of the liquefied CO2. On the other hand, the isolated sludge is concentrated in the sludge concentration tank 6, and then the dehydrating process is given by the dehydrator 7.
