Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the number of external connection terminals of a capacitor to one, by generating a signal by comparison outputs between two kinds of reference voltage and the terminal voltage of the capacitor which is discharged with a constant current synchronously with rotation phase detection pulses of a rotary head drum. CONSTITUTION:The PG pulse indicating the rotation phase of a rotary head drum is given to differentiating circuits C1 and R1 and 2-multiplying circuit 2, and a pulse is generated at every rise and fall of the PG pulse, and FF 3 is set. By setting of this FF 3, switch 4 is turned off, and electric charge charged in capacitor C2 is discharged through constant-current source 5. Then, when terminal voltage (d) of capacitor C2 falls, an output is generated in comparator 7 first, and FF9 is set. When terminal voltage (d) falls furthermore, an output is generated in comparator 8, and FF 3 is reset. By the output of FF 3, FF 9 is reset, and switch 4 is turned on, and capacitor C2 is charged rapidly. Thus, false synchronizing signal VD is obtained from the Q output of FF 9.
