Abstract
PURPOSE:To properly secure ignition condition by detecting discharge energy of ignition plugs in the engine working condition. CONSTITUTION:When an ignition switch 1a has been set ON, ignition plugs 7 are set ON or OFF according to a contactor 3 which is set OFF or ON. Discharge current when the ignition plug 7 is set ON is detected by a current detector 10, which is integrated by an integrating circuit 13, and is held in a peak hold circuit 30. On the other hand, output from contacts of resistors 11, 12 accompanied by setting OFF the contactor 3 is input through a polarity inverting circuit 55 to an integrating circuit 14. A peak hold circuit 31 holds the peak value of output voltage in the integrating circuit 14. Output in the peak hold circuit 30, 31 is taken into a data processing unit 28, discharging condition in each ignition pulg is detected.
